½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup soymilk, multigrain, oat or almond milk
2 tbsp. BROWN RICE SYRUP
¼ cup chopped, seedless raisins
Peanuts, chopped for garnish
Celery, Carrot sticks, and other veggies
Whole grain crackers
Beat peanut butter, soymilk, and rice syrup in food processor or in a small bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Stir in raisins.
Cover: chill until serving time. Garnish with chopped peanuts if desired. Serve as dip with veggies and crackers.
