2 ¼ cups spelt flour or whole wheat pastry flour

1 tsp. baking soda

¼ tsp. salt

¾ cup plain soy yogurt combined with ½ cup water

Coconut-Pecan Frosting:

5 tbsp. coconut oil

5 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce

4 tsp. lecithin granules

¾ cup xylitol

4 tbsp. soymilk powder
