5-10 drops Stevia “Clear Extract” to taste

4-5 oz. flat or sparkling plain water

5-10 drops Ginger extract OR *Homemade Ginger Tea (see recipe below)

4-5 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice (or 1 tsp. of unsweetened cranberry concentrate)

You may substitute ANY unsweetened juice or unsweetened juice concentrate, and omit the ginger.

If you use sparkling water, you can make your own delicious and HEALTHY sodas!

Try using ginger, ¼ tsp. of vanilla extract, ¼ tsp. of almond extract, 5-10 drops of Stevia extract and a splash of vanilla soy or rice milk for a cream soda!

How to Prepare:

Mix ingredients together and stir well. Once you adjust for your taste, you may double, triple, etc. the recipe to make larger quantities.

Homemade Ginger Tea: Roughly chop fresh ginger root to measure 1 cup chopped and add to 2 & ½ cups boiling water. After adding ginger, turn down heat and simmer for 30 minutes (or until liquid is reduced by ½). Strain, cool & use. Double or triple the recipe, if you like. It will keep refrigerated up to one week.
