¼ cup grapeseed oil

1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

½ cup maple syrup

¼ tsp salt

1 small can organic pumpkin

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ tsp egg replacer mixed with 2 Tbsp water

2 cups organic wheat flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 ½ tsp cinnamon

½ cup vegan grain sweetened chocolate chips

½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

½ cup wheat germ

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix thoroughly by hand oil, syrup, and pumpkin,. Add egg replacer, mix by hand. Sift in dry ingredients and mix again thoroughly. Drop heaping spoonfuls onto lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake approximately 30 minutes. When done, let cool.
