1 ¼ cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 tbsp. yeast
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ cup lukewarm water
1 tsp. salt
Preheat oven 425 degrees. Mix the yeast with the lukewarm water until the yeast is dissolved. Let it stand for a couple minutes. Add the salt and olive oil. Mix. Add the flour and mix. Roll out the dough. Put it in the oven for 5 minutes. Take it out and run oil over it. Add sauce and toppings, and cook for 10-15 more minutes.
