8-10 medium size Russet Potatoes
Olive oil in non-aerosol pump “spray” bottle
Salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, or cumin
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Scrub potatoes and slice into thin wedges. Place into a bowl and “spray” lightly with oil. Add any seasonings you desire. Spray a cookie sheet lightly with oil. Bake for 20 minutes or until the bottoms are brown. Turn and bake an additional 10-20 minutes, depending on whether you like your fries chewy or crisp!
