1 small package Noodles of you choosing
1 large broccoli
½ cup unsweetened Peanut Butter
1 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp. Sucanat or brown rice syrup
2-3 medium carrots
½ cup toasted peanuts
½ cup water
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Cayenne to taste
Start steaming broccoli and cooking noodles. Whisk peanut butter and water together over medium heat. Add vinegar; soy sauce, sweetener, and cayenne and heat through. In a small pan, toast the nuts over medium heat flame. Drain the noodles and broccoli, toss the sauce and nuts, and grate raw carrot overall and add mung bean sprouts.
