1 medium size broccoli
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
½ tbsp. ginger
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 small dried chilli
Rice noodles or red tomato pasta or brown rice
Salt, to taste
Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Rasp about half a tablespoon of ginger. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the ginger for few seconds. Add the broccoli and stir fry on high heat. Mix in a cup; 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and the same amount of red wine vinegar. Add salt and a fine cut chili. Pour the mixture over the broccoli and stir well. Reduce the heat to medium and cover the pan with a lid. Put the broccoli on a plate. Stir the rice noodles into the broccoli pan to give them color and taste. Put noodles on the plate, yumm!
