1 tbsp. oil

1 red or green pepper

1 zucchini

1 tbsp. turmeric

1-2 garlic cloves, minced

3 tbsp. nutritional yeast (optional)

1 small onion chopped finely

1 celery stalk

1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

1 tsp. cumin

1 pound tofu. Crumbled

1-2 tbsp. flax oil (optional)

Saute vegetables in oil until soft (3-5 minutes). Add tofu and seasonings. Mix well. Cover and let cook for another 5 minutes. Add flax oil after cooking and season to taste with salt & pepper or spike.
