½ cup rolled oats

½ cup corn meal

1 cup soymilk

2-3 bananas sliced

½ cup whole wheat flour

1 tbsp. baking powder

½ cup water

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour batter into a lightly oiled pre-heated frying pan. Fry over medium heat until bubbles form on the surface, then flip over. Variations: blueberries or apples.
