½ Tsp. Salt
½ Cup Wheat Germ
¼ Cup Sucanat
¾ Cup Soymilk
1 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
½ Tsp. Cinnamon
3 Tbsp. Applesauce
Egg Replacer Equal To One Egg
1 ¾ Tsp. Baking Powder
Preheat Oven To 375. Grease A 12-Cup Muffin Tin With Vegetable Oil Or Margarine. Wash And Drain Berries. In A Bowl Mix All Ingredients Together Except For Blueberries And Baking Powder. When Well Mixed, Add Remaining Ingredients And Mix Again. Spoon Into Muffin Cups And Bake For 15 To 20 Minutes Or 25-30 Minutes For Larger Muffins. Insert A Toothpick Or Knife. When It Comes Out Clean, The Muffins Are Done.
